Pioneer House

Pioneer House is a commercial office estate with towers in Bonifacio Global City and in Binondo, Manila.

At Bonifacio Global City the work runs through the building’s circulation and its envelope — stainless steel across dozens of lift entrance doors and lift cages, 225m² of marble polished and sealed, and re-sealant works on the facade at the 12th, 14th, 15th, 20th, 23rd and 26th floors.

In Binondo the same team took on the entrance and the elevation: aluminium composite and glass cleaned across the facade, granite walls restored, the Pioneer logo refinished, and the ground and mezzanine floor tiling regrouted, cleaned and sealed.
