Glass & Stainless Steel Restoration
The Proscenium Residences is a luxury residential development at Rockwell Center in Makati, its towers glazed floor to ceiling above a landscaped podium.
Because the apartments stay occupied, every unit is surveyed, quoted and completed on its own rather than as one shutdown. The programme has since extended to the stainless steel in the lift cars.
