NEO

NEO is a commercial office campus in Bonifacio Global City, where marble, granite, stainless steel and architectural glass meet across its lobbies, receptions and entrances.

Since 2021 we have restored those surfaces in successive phases — 1,367m² of lobby and entrance floor and wall tiling regrouted and polished, a 226m² marble lobby floor taken back to a full finish, reception counters and walls restored, and scratch removal on upper-floor window panels.

In 2023 the campus appointed us to refurbish the elevator interiors at Four, Five, Six and Seven NEO — the stainless steel of the lift doors and lift cages brought back to a consistent finish across four buildings.

Because one team handles every material, finishes match across the campus rather than drifting apart building by building, and each phase is carried out with the offices in use.
