The Proscenium Residences

The Proscenium Residences is a luxury residential development at Rockwell Center in Makati, its towers glazed floor to ceiling above a landscaped podium.

Glass restoration has run unit by unit since 2023 — scratch and etching removal across living and dining areas, bedrooms, master bedrooms and balconies, with each panel priced by size and by how far the damage extends. Unit 59CD alone carried sixteen panels across two bedrooms and the living and dining area.

Because the apartments stay occupied, every unit is surveyed, quoted and completed on its own rather than as one shutdown. The programme has since extended to the stainless steel in the lift cars.
